Megan Fox was born in a small town in Tennessee in 1986, into a hardworking American family. Though her parents divorced early in her life, she and her sister were raised primarily by her mother and her stepfather. Megan enjoyed many of the activities that school children typically participate in, including dance lessons, acting classes, school choir, cheerleading and swim team.

She attended a private religious school, and went on to enroll in public high school. Though she loved performing, school proved to be a difficult time and setting for Megan, and she was teased and picked on by bullies on a regular basis. Megan has also referred to herself as a something of a tomboy during her school years, and admitted that she was more likely to get along better with her male coeds, instead of the girls she attended classes with.

As a young teenager, Megan got into talent and modeling competitions. She excelled in this arena, placing highly and winning several competitions. How Megan Fox Became a Household Name

Megan Fox is a rising star who appeared to come from nowhere on the road to Hollywood fame, but like many other actors and actresses in the movie business, she has been paying her dues for a very long time.
